how to order

direct from the artists' studio:

All prints on this site are supplied un-framed, either rolled up in a tube or packed flat sandwiched between waterproof cardboard, depending on their size. We can supply framed or mounted work to UK customers only at extra cost.

We are an active, working studio - any questions, just pick up the phone and speak to us on (01639) 830920 during normal business hours and we'll do our best to help. Outside business hours, just e-mail us and we'll get straight back to you within a few hours. Everything bought direct from us has an unconditional guarantee: return it using a trackable delivery service within 14 days for a refund if you're not entirely happy. 

delivery charge  is included in the price - so we give different prices for prints depending on where you live. If you wish to order several items, please contact us and we will give you a discount on the delivery charge. Most of our customers fall roughly into these three areas, but we can deliver virtually anywhere - if you are not in one of these areas, please e-mail us for a quote.

Callers:  You are more than welcome to collect work from us at our studio in South Wales by arrangement, in which case we will remove the carriage charge (usually about £2 - 5 )

OTHER TAXES: Our prices include VAT (a sales tax payable in all European Union countries) We do not charge VAT to non-EU customers. Outside the UK, CUSTOMS / IMPORT DUTY is the responsibility of the customer.
