RED PEPPER 1: by Mark Lloyd Williams. Loose watercolour, almost abstract interpretation of a red pepper sliced in half. Paper is 37.5cm / 14.75 inches square. Signed in pencil at the edge (sorry, was not yet signed when I took the photo !) created on 300 gsm Bockingford rough surface watercolour paper using watercolour and diluted Indian Ink.

Mounted on thick, 2200 micron conservation bevel-cut board in a custom made frame made from lightly white-stained wax-finished pine. Hanging fixtured already on the back. Glazed with optical grade acrylic, a safer shatterproof alternative to glass with higher UV protection levels.
